Appraisal to Resignation - Finally i am in...

Daily there will be lots of things happen around you.
In my organization ( where i am working for past 1+ years ) many issues will occur suddenly and it will disappear in a same way. but only one thing will never end satisfaction. both management and employee side. ok let me start it.

usually the appraisal will happen on march and hike will be announced on may. but this time there are no signs for appraisal ( we have our own application to do appraisal ). everyone started talking about appraisal. but no one is ready to talk to management because last year was financially not good year for our organization. some people started leaving the organization by telling some other reasons but no one ready to tell that appraisal as reason.


Finally one person put down her papers ( resignation ) and she told because of appraisal process delayed i am leaving this organization. then management called everyone started doing appraisal and they said we will finish this by this month and we will credit from next month. they finally convinced that person and she is ready to work here.

Sure we can convince people at any point of time just keep on try and tempt them they will be on your track :) remember don't force :)
